Since Freshpatents.com has agreed to allow the user adequate provisions to unsubscribe to all service emails and deactivate membership, the user agrees all emails sent for this purpose are authorized. FreshPatents.com will not sell a user's private email address information to a third party in an identifiable way without a users consent to receive third party mailings except in the case of change of ownership of Freshpatents.com. Freshpatents.com may aggregate certain information to help advertisers target certain demographics or niches. If you wish to unsubscribe to our Keyword Monitoring Servive emails, you may do so by following the instructions in the Keyword Monitoring email. If you wish to completely be removed as a member you will have to log in to your user account and follow the applicable instructions in your user area. NO FRESHPATENTS and FreshContext LLC Liability
In no event shall FRESHPATENTS and FreshContext LLC be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or

arising there from or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the Information. FRESHPATENTS
