BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001]1. Field of the Invention [0002]The present general inventive concept generally relates to a sleeve. More specifically, the present general inventive concept relates to a weighted sleeve usable to exercise and/or rehabilitate a limb and the muscles and the joints of the limb. [0003]2. Description of the Related Art [0004]Various types of weighted exercise devices have been developed. However, these devices are typically complicated in structure, and cannot be comfortably worn and stably secured on a limb of a user. [0005]Accordingly, a weighted device with improved structure and comfort, and an improved fastening mechanism for securely and comfortably attaching to a limb of a human body is needed. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0006]The present general inventive concept provides a weighted sleeve having an improve structure and comfort for securely and comfortably attaching to a limb of a human body. [0007]The present general inventive concept also provides a weighted sleeve having a fastening mechanism that securely and stably supports the weighted sleeve on the limb of a user. [0008]Additional aspects and utilities of the present general inventive concept will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the general inventive concept. [0009]The foregoing and/or other aspects and utilities of the present general inventive concept are achieved by providing a weighted sleeve, including an inner fleece portion to be positioned on a limb, an outer portion opposite the inner fleece portion and being made of a stretchable polyester blended material, at least two elongated pockets disposed on the outer portion extending along a first direction of the outer portion each having a closed end and an open end opposite the closed end with a first VELCRO coupling portion disposed thereon above the open end, at least two closing flaps attached to the outer portion and disposed at the open ends of the at least two elongated pockets to close the open ends thereof and each having a second VELCRO coupling portion to attach to the first VELCRO coupling portion when the closing flap folds over the open end of the respective elongated pocket to close the elongated pocket, and at least one weight member removably disposed in at least one of the elongated pockets. [0010]The weight member includes a lining containing a plurality of metallic beads disposed therein. [0011]The sleeve further includes a first elongated VELCRO receiving pad disposed at a first side of the outer portion and adjacent to a perimeter thereof and extending along the first direction of the outer portion, a second plurality of VELCRO receiving pads disposed on the outer portion between the first elongated VELCRO receiving pad and the at least two elongated pockets, a first elongated VELCRO hooking pad disposed at a second side of the inner portion opposite to the first side to correspond to the first elongated VELCRO receiving pad and extending along the first direction adjacent to a perimeter of the inner portion, and a plurality of straps disposed at the second side of the outer portion to correspond to the second plurality of VELCRO receiving pads and adjacent to the at least two elongated pockets, each of the straps including a first end attached to the outer portion adjacent to the at least two elongated pockets, a second end having a second VELCRO hooking pad, and an elastic band disposed between the first and second ends. [0012]The second VELCRO hooking pads of the straps are removably couplable to the first elongated VELCRO receiving pad and/or the second plurality of VELCRO receiving pads when the first and second sides of the outer portion are moved toward one another around the inner portion. [0013]The foregoing and/or other aspects and utilities of the present general inventive concept are also achieved by providing a weighted sleeve usable on an arm or a leg, including a main portion having a predetermined weight, the main portion including a first side and a second side disposed opposite to the first side of the sleeve, and a two part fastening system. The two part fastening system includes a first VELCRO fastening portion disposed along first and second sides of the main portion and extending in a length direction of the sleeve, and a second plurality of VELCRO fastening portions disposed along the first VELCRO fastening portion and extending in a width direction of the sleeve. [0014]The foregoing and/or other aspects and utilities of the present general inventive concept are also achieved by providing a weighted sleeve, including an inner portion disposable on a human limb along a first direction and having first and second sides, an outer portion having first and second sides corresponding to the first and second sides of the inner portion, respectively, at least two pockets disposed on the outer portion extending along the first direction between the first and second sides, each of the at least two pockets having a closed end, an open end opposite from the closed end, a first VELCRO portion disposed on a top portion thereof adjacent to the open end, a closing flap attached to the outer portion adjacent to the open end and having a second VELCRO portion to be removably coupled to the first VELCRO portion to open and close the pocket, at least one fastening part to fasten the first and second sides together around the limb, and a weight member having a plurality of beads and a lining to contain the beads, the weight member being slidably insertable and removable from the at least two pockets. [0015]The weight member may be self contained and may have an adjustable shape. The weight member may include one or more stitching portions extending along the lining. [0016]The inner portion may include a fleece material, and the outer portion may include a stretchable polyester blended material. [0017]The at least two pockets may be at least two elongated pockets arranged in a continuous arrangement with respect to a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. Additionally, the at least two pockets may share a common boundary line that extends along the first direction. [0018]The at least one fastening part may include a first fastening arrangement disposed along the first side of the outer portion and the second side of the inner portion in the first direction, and a second fastening arrangement extending from the second side of the outer portion toward the first side of the outer portion in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. [0019]Alternatively, the at least one fastening part may include a first elongated VELCRO receiving pad disposed on the first side of the outer portion extending along the first direction, a second elongated VELCRO hooking pad disposed on the second side of the inner portion extending along the first direction to be removably coupled to the first elongated VELCRO receiving pad when the first and second sides are moved together, a first plurality of VELCRO receiving pads disposed on the outer portion between the first elongated VELCRO receiving pad and the at least two pockets, and a plurality of straps disposed on the second side of the outer portion and extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the straps may include a first end attached to the outer portion adjacent to the at least two pockets, a second end having a second VELCRO hooking pad thereon to be coupled to a respective one of the first VELCRO receiving pads, and an elastic band to connect the first and second ends and being stretchable with respect to the outer portion. [0020]The foregoing and/or other aspects and utilities of the present general inventive concept are also achieved by providing a weighted sleeve, including a main portion to be disposed on a human limb along a first direction, at least two pockets disposed on the main portion and extending along the first direction and being arranged continuously along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, at least one weight member insertably disposed in the at least two pockets, a first VELCRO fastening arrangement disposed along a length of the main portion in the first direction, and a second VELCRO fastening arrangement disposed along the length of the main portion and having a plurality of elastic VELCRO coupling straps extending along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction.
