Abstract: A water outlet tubing structure for faucets includes a faucet body, a washbowl, and water tubes wherein the faucet body has a lift rod properly mounted therein, and one or more than one water inlet pipes with external threads defined thereon protruding downwards at the bottom side thereof. A plurality of washers with coupling slots disposed thereon are provided for the engagement of the water inlet pipes and the lift rod therewith respectively, and the washbowl is properly equipped with thru-holes and a rod passage hole to mate with the water inlet pipes and the lift rod of the faucet body respectively. At the upper end of each water tube is equipped with a screw fitting having internal threads defined therein, and one or more than one fixing nuts with inner threads defined therein are provided to register with the water inlet pipes of the faucet body thereby. Via the above structure, the water inlet pipes of the faucet body can be directly guided from top to bottom to sequentially pass through the thru-holes of the washbowl and the coupling slots of the washers before securely registered with the screw fittings of the water tubing at the bottom end thereof, and the inner threads of the fixing nuts thereof are firmly screwed up to the external threads of the water inlet pipes till the washers are secured tight at one side wall of the washbowl thereby, facilitating an easier and speedier assembly as well as a time/effort-saving processing thereof so as to achieve the economical efficiency. ...

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a water outlet tubing structure for faucets, including a faucet body, a washbowl, and water tubes wherein the faucet body has a lift rod properly mounted therein, and one or more than one water inlet pipes with external threads defined thereon protruding downwards at the bottom side thereof. The water inlet pipes of the faucet body can be directly guided from top to bottom to sequentially pass through thru-holes of the washbowl and coupling slots of washers before securely registered with screw fittings of the water tubes at the bottom end thereof, and inner threads of fixing nuts are firmly screwed up to the external threads of the water inlet pipes to secure the washers tight at one side wall of the washbowl thereby, facilitating an easier and speedier assembly as well as a time/effort-saving processing thereof so as to achieve the economical efficiency.

[0002] Please refer to FIG. 1. A conventional water outlet tubing structure for faucets is made up of a faucet body 10 having a plurality of coupling holes 11 with internal threads 111 defined therein symmetrically disposed at the proper positions of the bottom end thereof to engage with external threads 21 of water inlet pipes 20, a plurality of fixing holes 13 with inner threads 131 defined therein symmetrically disposed at one side of the bottom end thereof to register with outer threads 121 of screw bolts 12, and a through hole 14 preset at a proper position thereon for the location of a lift rod 15 therein. A plurality of washers 16 are provided, each having a slot 161 defined thereon for the mounting of the water inlet pipes 20 and the lift rod 15 therein respectively, and thru-holes 162 symmetrically disposed at proper positions thereon to mate with the screw bolts 12 thereof respectively. The washbowl 30 is equipped with engaging thru-holes 31 properly disposed thereon for the engagement of the water inlet pipes 20 therewith, bolt-passage holes 32 symmetrically disposed at one side for the registration of the screw bolts 12 therewith, and a rod-passage hole 33 properly preset thereon for the location of the lift rod 15 therein.

In assembly, the faucet body 10 is properly located on top of the washbowl 30, permitting the coupling holes 11, the fixing holes 13, and the through hole 14 thereof to correspondingly align with the engaging thru-holes 31, the bolt-passage holes 32, and the rod-passage hole 33 of the washbowl 30 respectively. Then, the washers 16 are mutually overlapped and applied to the bottom of the washbowl 30, permitting the slot 161 and the thru-hole 162 thereof to correspondingly align with the engaging thru-holes 31 and the bolt-passage holes 32 of the washbowl 30 respectively. The water inlet pipes 20 are sequentially guided through the slots 161 of the washers 16, the engaging thru-holes 31 of the washbowl 30, and the coupling holes 11 of the faucet body 10 respectively, permitting the external threads 21 thereof to fixedly engage with the internal threads 111 of the coupling holes 11 thereof. Then, the screw bolts 12 are sequentially led through the thru-holes 162 of the washers 16, the bolt-passage holes 32 of the washbowl 30, and the fixing holes 13 of the faucet body 10, permitting the outer threads 121 thereof to securely register with the inner threads 131 of the fixing holes 13 thereof. Finally, the lift rod 15 is sequentially guided through the through hole 14 of the faucet body 10, the rod-passage hole 13 of the washbowl 30, and proper position of the slots 161 of the washers 16 thereof to complete the assembly thereof.

[0004] However, the above conventional water outlet tubing structure for faucets contains some disadvantages. Most of all, the fixing holes 13, the bolt-passage holes 32, and the thru-holes 162 thereof are respectively disposed at the faucet body 10, the washbowl 30, and the washers 16 thereof to mate with the screw bolts 12 thereof so as to securely fix the washers 16 onto the underside of the washbowl 30 thereby, which is not only uneconomically time-consuming and effort-wasting in the processing thereof, but also inefficiently tedious and troublesome in the assembly thereof.

A second water outlet tubing structure for faucets includes a faucet body 10' properly located on top of a washbowl 30' wherein at one side of the washbowl 30' is disposed a washer 11' with a coupling slot 111' defined thereon for a water inlet pipe 20' to be guided there-through from bottom to top thereof before the water inlet pipe 20' is further led sequentially through the bottom side of the washbowl 30' and the faucet body 10' respectively and fixedly screwed up thereto. At the bottom side of the washbowl 30' and the faucet body 10', and at the proper position of the washer 11' are respectively disposed a fixing hole and a thru-hole (without shown in the diagram) for the engagement of a screw bolt 12' therewith so as to securely fix the washer 11' thereby.

[0006] The second conventional water outlet tubing structure for faucets also has some drawbacks. Most of all, at the bottom side of the washbowl 30' and the faucet body 10', and at the proper position of the washer 11' are respectively provided with the fixing hole and the thru-hole to mate with the screw bolt 12' so as to firmly secure the washer 11' onto the underside of the washbowl 30' thereby, which is not only uneconomically time-consuming and effort-wasting in the processing thereof, but also inefficiently tedious and troublesome in the assembly thereof.

A third water outlet tubing structure for faucets includes a faucet body 10'' properly located on top of a washbowl 30'' wherein at the other side wall of the washbowl 30'' is disposed a washer 11'' with a coupling slot 111'' defined thereon for a pair of symmetrical water inlet pipes 20'' to be guided there-through from bottom to top thereof before the water inlet pipes 20'' are further led sequentially through the bottom side of the washbowl 30'' and the faucet body 10'' and fixedly screwed up thereto. At the preset position of the washbowl 30'', at the bottom side of the faucet body 10'', and at the proper position of the washer 11'' are respectively disposed a fixing hole and a thru-hole (without shown in the diagram) for the engagement of a screw bolt 12'' therewith so as to securely fix the washer 11'' thereby.

[0008] The third conventional water outlet tubing structure for faucets is also featured by some disadvantages. Most of all, at the bottom side of the faucet body 10'', at the proper position of the washbowl 30'' and at the preset position of the washer 11'' are respectively disposed the fixing hole and the thru-hole to mate with the screw bolt 12'' so as to secure the washer 11'' firmly onto the underside of the washbowl 30'', which is not only uneconomically time-consuming and effort-wasting in the processing, but also inefficiently tedious and troublesome in the assembly thereof.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0009] It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a water outlet tubing structure for faucets, including a faucet body, a washbowl, and water tubes wherein the faucet body has a lift rod properly mounted therein, and one or more than one water inlet pipes with external threads defined thereon protruding at the bottom side thereof to be directly guided from top to bottom through thru-holes of the washbowl and coupling slots of washers before the water inlet pipes thereof are securely registered with screw fittings of the water tubes at the bottom end thereof. Fixing nuts with inner threads defined therein are provided to firmly screw up to the external threads of the water inlet pipes to secure washers tight at one side wall of the washbowl thereby, facilitating an easier and speedier assembly as well as a time/effort-saving processing thereof.

[0010] It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a water outlet tubing structure for faucets wherein the fixing nuts of the water tubes can directly secure the washers tight and firmly onto one side wall of the washbowl without any extra fixing holes and thru-holes disposed at the faucet body, the washbowl, and the washers for the engagement of screw bolts, facilitating an easier and speedier production thereof so as to achieve the economical efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0017] Please refer to FIG. 5. The present invention is related to a water outlet tubing structure for faucets, including a faucet body 40, a washbowl 50, and water tubes 60 wherein the faucet body 40 has a lift rod 41 properly mounted therein, and one or more than one water inlet pipes 42 with external threads 421 defined thereon protruding downwards at the bottom side thereof to be connected to the water tubes 60 thereby. A plurality of washers 43 with coupling slots 431 disposed thereon are provided for the water inlet pipes 42 and the lift rod 41 to be guided there-through respectively. The washbowl 50 is properly equipped with thru-holes 51 and a rod passage hole 52 to mate with the water inlet pipes 42 and the lift rod 41 of the faucet body 40 respectively. At the upper end of the water tube 60 is equipped with a screw fitting 61 having internal threads 611 defined therein, and one or more than one fixing nuts 62 with inner threads 621 defined therein are provided to register with the water inlet pipes 42 of the faucet body 40 thereby.

[0018] Please refer to FIG. 6. In assembly, the water inlet pipes 42 of the faucet body 40 are guided through the thru-holes 51 of the washbowl 50 from top to bottom to extend outside there-from. The coupling slots 431 of the matched washers 43 are correspondingly led through the water inlet pipes 42 till the washers 43 are properly located at the bottom side of the washbowl 50 thereof. The lift rod 41 is sequentially past through the rod-passage hole 52 of the washbowl 50 and one proper side of the coupling slots 431 of the washers 43 thereof. And, the inner threads 621 of the fixing nuts 62 are firmly screwed up to the external threads 421 of the water inlet pipes 42 till the washers 43 are secured tight to one side wall of the washbowl 50 thereby. Finally, the internal threads 611 of the screw fittings 61 attached at the upper ends of the water tubes 60 thereof are fixedly registered with the external threads 421 disposed at the bottom ends of the water inlet pipes 42 thereof to complete the assembly of the present invention. In the status of water supply, water running into the water inlet pipes 42 via the water tubes 60 will flow into the faucet body 40 to be discharged outwards there-from. Therefore, the present invention is simply assembled in an easy and speedy manner without any other extra fixing holes and through holes disposed at the faucet body 40, the washbowl 50, and the washers 43 thereon or any other screw bolts applied thereto for the secure location of the washers 43 thereby, facilitating an easier, and time/effort-saving processing as well as assembly thereof so as to achieve the economical efficiency thereof.
