BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] I. Field of the Invention

[0002] This invention relates generally to an exerciser and, more specifically, to a waist and belly stretching exerciser that is specifically design for waist, belly exercise and training; the present invention has a symmetrical frame in curve shape with several through holes in the middle section connects to the top back sides of the back cushion with top edges, the through holes on the middle of the frame also wedge the both end of the back cushion, the bottom front of the frame forms a pair of holding sticks; when the frame is on the floor, the back cushion leans backward, the back of the back cushion locks a loading shaft, loading on the loading shaft can be adjusted, user can adjust the through holes position and adjust the loading, then has back sticks on the back cushion, sits between the holding sticks and holds the holding sticks with both hands, both legs slightly curve or stay on floor, have both feet prop up floor to coordinate the holding sticks pulling up strength by both hands and the strength by back sticking on the back cushion, such can lift the frame move upward to prop up user's back, user's back and belly stretch up by different strength, when relaxes, user's body brings back cushion back to original position, the repeatedly, back and forth movement can stretch back and belly also exercises legs; the whole structure is simple, the physical size is small and weight is light, the storage is easy and rapid, manufacturing cost is low.

[0003] II. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Heretofore, it is known that people pay more attention to exercise and body workout, by the living condition is getting better and better, the application of exercise equipment is more popular; currently many exercise equipment are available in market, however the waist and belly stretching exercise equipment are either very high in manufacturing, bulky in physical size, or not very suitable to apply.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is therefore a primary object of the invention to provide a waist and belly stretching exerciser that is economical, light and handy for waist, belly exercise and training; the present invention has a symmetrical frame in curve shape with several through holes in the middle section connects to the top back sides of the back cushion with top edges, the bottom front of the frame forms a pair of holding sticks; when the frame is on the floor, the back cushion leans backward, user has back sticks on the back cushion, sits between the holding sticks and holds the holding sticks with both hands, both legs slightly curve or stay on floor, have both feet prop up floor to coordinate the holding sticks pulling up strength by both hands and the strength by back sticking on the back cushion, such can lift the frame move upward to prop up user's back, user's back and belly stretch up by different strength, when relaxes, user's body brings back cushion back to original position, the repeatedly, back and forth movement can stretch back and belly also exercises legs.

[0006] It is still an object for the invention to provide a waist and belly stretching exerciser in which several through holes are on the middle of the curve frame, a loading shaft is installed horizontally on the back cushion, users can adjust the loading on the loading shaft; by changing the through holes and the wedge holes on the frame, together with the loading on the loading shaft also can achieve different workout strength and swing distance for more convenience and longer time training.

[0007] It is still another object for the invention to provide a waist and belly stretching exerciser in which the whole structure is simple, the physical size is small and weight is light, the storage is easy and rapid, manufacturing cost is low, the present invention is a economical product for family.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0014] Referring to the figures, the present invention comprises a frame 1, a back cushion 2 and a loading shaft 3; the frame 1 is in curve shape and has several through holes 12 in the middle section, a pair of plastic sleeves 10 can be wrapped on the proper location to avoid noise, wearing and tearing, the plastic sleeves 10 are also convenient for users to hold while application; the symmetrical frame 1 connects to the top back sides of the back cushion 2 with top edges, the through holes 12 on the middle of the frame 1 also wedge the both end of the back cushion 2, the bottom of the frame 1 stretches out and fixes the protruding back cushion 2 with the wedge holes 13, the bottom front of the frame 1 forms a pair of holding sticks 11; when the frame 1 is on the floor, the back cushion 2 leans backward, the back of the back cushion 2 locks the loading shaft 3, the loading shaft 3 holds solid body, sand bag or water bag as loading 30.

[0015] While application, users choose different through holes 12 on middle of the frame 1 and on the bottom of the back cushion 2 to adjust the floor distance when the back cushion 2 is in horizontal and the swing distance of the frame 1; users can add loading 30 on the loading shaft 3 to adjust the exercise strength; user can wedge holding sticks 11 on different wedge holes 13 on the frame 1, then have back sticks on the back cushion 2, sits between the holding sticks 11 and holds the holding sticks 11 with both hands, both legs slightly curve or stay on floor, have both feet prop up floor to coordinate the holding sticks 11 pulling up strength by both hands and the strength by back sticking on the back cushion 2, such can lift the frame 1 move upward to prop up user's back, user's back and belly stretch up by different strength, when relaxes, user's body brings back cushion 2 back to original position, the repeatedly, back and forth movement can stretch back and belly also exercises legs; by changing the through holes 12 and the wedge holes 13 on the frame 1, together with the loading on the loading shaft 13 can achieve different workout strength and swing distance for more convenience and longer time training; the whole structure is simple, the physical size is small and weight is light, the storage is easy and rapid, manufacturing cost is low, the present invention is a economical product for family.
