Abstract: A height-adjustable tubular holder for an elongated rod, such as an umbrella or fishing rod, and a bracket dimensioned for attachment to preexisting bolts, such as on a boat seat, wherein the bracket supports the tubular holder in such a manner as to facilitate angular adjustment of the supported rod, and wherein the holder can be rotated out of position during periods of non-use.
