Brief Patent Description - Full Patent Description - Patent Application Claims [0001] This application claims benefit to provisional application 60/687,227, filed on Jun. 3, 2005, entitled Toilet Tissue Boxholder. FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0002] The present invention is directed to the field of tissue boxes. In particular, the present invention is directed to the field of a novel tissue box adapted to be used for toilet paper. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0003] Tissue box dispensers are frequently used in powder rooms. These tissues are used for cleaning glasses, wiping nostrils or other areas. Unfortunately, these dispensers are not often found near the toilet. This often requires a person to use "toilet paper" for non-fecal uses when using the toilet, which may not be sanitary. Rolled toilet paper is not sanitary, even when it is used for its intended purpose. [0004] There have been a number of patents directed to the area of toilet tissue holders. U.S. Pat. No. 6,302,350 discloses a toilet tissue dispenser comprising a housing. An upper front door in the housing lifts upwardly, so that multiple toilet paper rolls can be stacked into the housing. The housing has a lower front notch opening, to allow the lowest toilet paper roll to be removed therefrom. [0005] U.S. Pat. No. 5,570,938 discloses a holder for storing multiple rolls of toilet paper in a box-like enclosure mounted to a wall, either to the surface of the wall or in a recess. The enclosure is provided with a tilt-out front panel and an integral floor having multiple rods affixed orthogonally to the floor for receiving the open central cores of toilet paper rolls. The entire assembly comprising the front panel, the floor and rods tilt out as a unit to provide access the stored toilet paper rolls. [0006] U.S. Pat. No. 4,828,193 discloses a one handed sheet holder for enabling a user to tear off the desired amount of sheets from a roll single handedly. The sheet holder is conformed to be attached to a standard sheet dispensing means, such as a toilet paper dispenser, a paper towel dispenser, and the like. The sheet holder has one or more retaining slots cut into the top of the holder which are wider at the opening and narrower at the ending of the slot. As a result, sheets drawn into the slot are forced to the narrow ending, bunch, and tear leaving the end of the roll of the paper captured in the slot and the desired amount of paper for use in the user's hands. As a result, handicapped and other individuals can easily secure the desired amount of rolled sections of tissue single handedly. Further, the end of the roll is captured and displayed so that it can be simply and easily retained when further sections of paper are desired. The sheet holder is adapted for use with wall mounted roll dispensers known in the art, as well as recessed dispensers, paper towel dispensers and the like. [0007] U.S. Pat. No. 4,354,643 discloses a container for retaining the free or loose end of a roll of bathroom tissue or toilet paper in an accessible position spaced away from the periphery of the bathroom tissue or toilet paper roll. The holder is generally of U-shaped configuration with a pair of generally parallel legs terminating in hook-shaped components for engagement over the spindle of a conventional toilet paper holder and a plurality of spaced rod-like or dowel structures interconnecting the outer end portions of the legs for receiving the free end of the bathroom tissue or toilet paper therethrough for retaining the free end of the tissue or paper in accessible position. The holder also includes a pair of supporting members or spacers which extend inwardly toward a wall surface to space the outer ends of the legs away from the wall surface so that the free end of the tissue or paper will generally depend tangentially from the roll of bathroom tissue or toilet paper thereby eliminating the problem of grasping the free end of a roll of bathroom tissue or toilet paper which occurs when the free end of the tissue or paper is positioned tightly against the remainder of the toilet paper or roll. [0008] It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel toilet paper holder which permits toilet paper to be dispensed from a box. [0009] It is another object of the present invention to provide a toilet paper box holder which is easily accessible. [0010] It is a further object of the present invention to provide a toilet paper or a tissue box which can be accessed from the top or sides. [0011] It is a still a further object of the present invention to provide a device for dispensing boxed toilet paper which eliminates the sanitary issues associated with conventional toilet paper. [0012] It is a yet a further object of the present invention to provide a tissue dispenser which can be attached to a conventional toilet paper holder. [0013] These and other objects of the invention will become clear from the detailed description which follows. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0014] Currently toilet tissue does not come in a box, but facial tissue is commonly sold in a 5.5''.times.4.5''.times.4.5'' paper box. The present invention is a holder to hold this type of a box containing toilet tissue or flushable facial tissue. The holder's primary location will be to replace toilet paper rolls next to the toilet, but it could also be used in other locations. [0015] It is an object of the present invention to provide a holder and a dispenser for supporting a toilet paper or tissue box; a platform for supporting a toilet paper or tissue dispenser box; a pair of arms attached to the platform for suspending the platform from a toilet paper dispenser for support of a box having at least one aperture for dispensing tissue. [0016] It is a further object of the present invention to provide a holder and dispenser for supporting a tissue box; a substantially horizontal platform for supporting a tissue dispenser box; a pair of arms attached to the platform for suspending the platform from a toilet paper dispenser; and a plastic box for placement on the box support having at least one aperture for dispensing tissues. [0017] Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide a holder and dispenser for supporting a tissue box; a horizontal platform with sidewalls for supporting a tissue dispenser box; a pair of arms attached to the platform for suspending the platform from a toilet paper dispenser; and a plastic box for placement on the box support having a plurality of apertures for dispensing tissues. [0018] These and other objects of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description which follows. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0019] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention without a tissue box. [0020] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention with the tissue box inserted. Continue reading about Toilet tissue boxholder...
