Brief Patent Description - Full Patent Description - Patent Application Claims CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION [0001] This is a divisional of application Ser. No. 10/481,342, filed Dec. 18, 2003, which was a National Phase filing on PCT application PCT/KR03/00655, filed Apr. 1, 2003, both of which are incorporated here by reference, and on which priority is claimed. TECHNICAL FIELD [0002] The present invention relates to a device capable of preventing a sole of a wearer putting on shoes from slipping in the shoes, and more particularly, to a combination of socks and shoes for preventing slipping of a wear's sole, in which a shoe insole is formed with a groove, and a sock of the wear is provided under a bottom thereof with a slip-resistant plate formed with a protruded portion corresponding to the groove, so that the sole of the wearer does not unnecessarily move in the shoe by the engagement of the groove and protruded portion. BACKGROUND ART [0003] The present invention is helpful to achieve a user's aim by applying the basic principle of the present invention to sporting footwear and thus allowing the user to conduct correct motion. For example, golf is a sport requiring a precise shot, a strong physical strength, and concentration, in which a golf ball is not moved in a purposed direction by any little mistake. The golf uses dedicated supplies, i.e., a golf shoe, as well as other sports. The golf shoe is generally provided under an outsole thereof with spikes, so as to prevent the slip of a wearer. Although the wearer puts on the golf shoes designed for a specific purpose, it is not possible to prevent slip of a wearer's sole from slipping in the inside of the golf shoe. Specifically, in case of striking a golf ball on an inclined ground, the slip of feet do not prevent in the internal space of the golf shoe, even though the outsole is fixed to the ground. [0004] In case of other sports shoes or running shoes, the outsole contacted to the ground is made of various kinds of material and is design in various shapes to prevent the slip. However, there is no means for preventing the wearers sole for slipping in the shoe. [0005] In particular, uppers used in sports shoes, such as golf shoes, running shoes, tennis shoes or the like, are generally made of polyol resin having light weight, good air permeability and durability. Since the polyol resin has a strength lower than that of the uppers made of natural or artificial leather, more wide space allowing the movement of the wearer sole is generated in the inside of the shoe. Therefore, it is more required means for preventing the slip of the sole. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION [0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems involved in the prior art, and to provide a combination of socks and shoes for preventing slip of a wear's sole, in which a shoe insole is formed on an upper surface thereof with a plurality of grooves, and a sock of the wear is provided under a bottom thereof with a slip-resistant plate formed with a protruded portion corresponding to the groove, so that the sole of the wearer does not unnecessarily move in the shoe by the engagement of the groove and protruded portion. [0007] In order to accomplished the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a sock including a slip-resistant plate at a lower surface of the sock, the slip-resistant plate provided with a protruded portion continuously or discretely formed in a horizontal or lengthwise direction on a lower surface of the sock. In addition, the present invention provides a shoe including an insole formed with a plurality of grooves s provided on an upper surface of the insole, the grooves being continuously or discretely formed in a horizontal or lengthwise direction such that protruded portions of a sock are engaged to the corresponding grooves to prevent a wearer's sole from slipping. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0008] The above objects, other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: [0009] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a sock according to a first embodiment of the present invention. [0010] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a sock according to a second embodiment of the present invention. [0011] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a shoe according to a first embodiment of the present invention. [0012] FIGS. 4a to 4e are respective plan views of an insole having grooves according to various embodiments of the present invention. [0013] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the engaging state of a shoe having an insole formed with a groove and a sock having a protruded portion according to the present invention. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [0014] Reference will now be made in detail to preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. [0015] A sock of the present invention will now be described with reference to FIG. 1, in which FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the sock according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the sock A of the present invention is formed in a general sock, and includes a slip-resistant plate 10 adhered to a lower external side of the sock. The slip-resistant plate 10 is made of solid material having low elasticity, which is different from a synthetic fiber that is a main component of the sock. In other words, molten synthetic resin is adhered to the external side of the sock. The slip-resistant plate 10 has a continuous or discrete protruded portion 15. The protruded portion may be formed in a horizontal direction, a lengthwise direction or a combined horizontal/lengthwise direction. Preferably, the protruded portion 15 is integrally formed with the slip-resistant plate 10. [0016] The slip-resistant plate 10 is formed with a plurality of vents 17 at a flat portion except for the protruded portion, so as to ventilate in the sock. Even though the user wears the sock A, the air flow may be generated through a bottom surface of the sock by the vents 17. [0017] A second embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to FIG. 2, in which FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a sock according to the second embodiment of the present invention. [0018] As shown in FIG. 2, the sock according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of divided slip-resistant plate 10 adhered to a lower external side of the sock A. Contrary to the first embodiment that the protruded portion is formed at one slip-resistant plate, the slip-resistant plate 10 according to the second embodiment is provided to the external side of the sock at a desired position as a separate component. In other words, the slip-resistant plate 10 according to the second embodiment is formed in a rectangular shape and servers as a protruded portion itself. Also, the slip-resistant plate 10 may be continuously or discretely formed in a horizontal direction, a lengthwise direction or a combined horizontal/lengthwise direction. Continue reading...
