BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] This invention relates to scrubbing, cleaning and stain removal with brushes and rigid scrapers at bottom of front of a shoe, for inset and topical stains stuck in or on top of carpets and hard floor surfaces by foot power rather than that of machines or by hand. Examining comparisons have not yet been traced to show the equivalency to remove stains by foot with brush agitation with a combination of ridged scrapers by foot. Only hand held brushes and machinery have been evaluated. This invention combines the force of a series of vinyl brushes molded onto the front base of the shoe that acts as an agitation tool to lift deep seated stains in fibers of carpets and the unique jagged teeth pointed towards the front base of the shoe has been designed to act as a lift to hardened, thickened, sticky or soft material removal. [0003] This shoe unlike any other combines the force of two elements into one shoe for scrubbing, cleaning, and stain removal. Neither has a device ever been noted to attach and detach to a shoe that cleans for industrial and home improvement purposes like that of this invention. BRIEF SUMMARY OF INVENTION [0004] This Foot apparatus is named "The Shoe Shark" because its shape resembles a shark. The shoe is made for either a left and a right foot. It is designed to fit comfortably over the front of an any average shoe e.g. a tennis shoe, and is reinforced snuggly around the heel of the foot by means of a sturdy fastener and buckle connected to the shoe itself. (See detailed description page 5). Its use is to manually perform stain and matter removal by a combination of man power and the use of a unique design formulated for the average shoe. This is composed of brushes and ridged contours underneath the shoe itself. Foot power causes friction and agitation that constitutes the end result of working out stains and foreign matter in or on carpets and hard surfaces. "The Shoe Shark's" purpose and use is to loosen and remove stains and Foreign matter such as gums tar, wax, glue, carpenters glue, sticky substances, oil, grease, coffee urine, paint, and most any combinations of foreign matter on carpets and hard floors that are not permanent or inset stains. Such as hair dyes, Bleach, cigarette burns, or food coloring dyes. "The Shoe Shark" can be used without chemicals but for best result it is recommended that all stains are pre-treated with any spot removing agents suited for the type of stain intended to be removed. Or with plain water 1.sup.st to soften and loosen the stain that needs treating before using the "Shoe Shark". Also, best results would be obtained if after the stain is agitated with "The Shoe Shark" and loosened, to then use a form of extraction to completely remove foreign matter away from surface completely. Its proper name that describes its purpose is a "Heel Clasp." Resembling the tail of a shark and its function is to rest firmly against the back of the heal part on a shoe one wears while the "outer to inner strap," (see FIG. B) and "buckler clasp" (see FIG. C) that runs through it, is manually pulled forward to make the connection to the "outer tongue fastener strap" (see FIG. J) at the front part of "The Shoe Shark." This action causes resistance and pressure towards the heel of the foot and the "main frame" (see FIG. 1) thus locking the front of the shoe into its proper place. The "heel clasp" is adjustable and capable of sliding left to right along the "outer rear strap" (FIG. B) and the "inner strap." (see FIG. K) [0010] Page 2B: Letter B: This device is composed of strong, sturdy, stitched, interwoven, Nylon fabric. Its proper name that describes its purpose is the "outer to inner strap." Its Function is to allow the connection of the "heel clasp" (FIG. A) to the rear of the shoe, then to that of the "main frame" (see FIG. 1) and the "outer tongue fastener strap" FIG. J) of "The Shoe Shark". This is so that the two may be brought together creating resistance towards back and front of the foot by means of a strap pull and buckling system. [0011] Page 2B Letter C: This device is composed of 7000 series aircraft aluminum or stainless steel. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "buckler clasp". It is directly connected to the "outer to inner strap." (FIG. B) Its function is to allow the connection of the "outer to inner strap (FIG. B) and the "outer tongue fastener strap". (FIG. J) The "buckler clasp" holds the two together with a single metal clasp that penetrates through the holes on the "outer tongue fastener strap." (FIG. J) [0012] Page 2B Letter D: This device is composed of 7000 series aircraft aluminum or stainless steel. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "adjusting strap reinforcement connector". Its function is to connect the "main frame" (see FIG. I) of "The Shoe Shark" to the "outer tongue fastener strap. (FIG. J) The "adjusting strap reinforcement connector" is capable of moving up and down by means of the "round swiveling bolt" (see FIG. M) on the outer layer of the "main frame" (FIG. I) that is connected to the "adjusting strap reinforcement connector". The purpose of this is to allow for a perfect fit and adjustments to the shoe worn. [0013] Page 2B Letter E: This device is composed of 7000 series aircraft aluminum or stainless steel. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "front hooking Brace". Its function is to act as a toe stop so when the shoe enters it, it will have a designated area to rest. Its function is also to decrease wear and tear on the "rubber housing" (see FIG. L) on the front end of "The Shoe Shark" by absorbing the force of the pull towards the back of the foot. [0014] Pace 2B Letter F: This device is composed of many small, singular vinyl brushes. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "front brush agitator." Its function with foot power is to agitate stains, soften hardened or dried up matter on carpets and hard floors. The brushes are ridged enough to remove stains, yet without wear and tear on the carpets or scratching the floors. The bottom of the bristles are not sharp but flat. The bristles are also shaped to contour and curve with the outer shape of the shoe that if worn with the "Shoe Shark" enabling no obstruction but a perfect fit. The vinyl bristles are looped and molded into Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic that extends at the base of the shoe from the "main frame" (FIG. 1) to the front end of the shoe where the bristles will connect. [0015] Page 2B Letter G: This Device is composed of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "molded shark teeth," thus where "The Shoe Shark" invention partially derived its name from. its Function with foot power is to manually remove foreign matter or hardened material that will not come loose from carpets or hard surfaces with the "front brush agitator" (FIG. F) alone. The teeth's effectiveness to remove foreign matter is due to the "molded shark teeth" or teeth pointed forward that causes a lifting action from the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, and a pulling action backwards that further loosens the matter in a different direction until the foreign matter is completely loosened or removed. The "molded shark teeth", extends from right to left, side to side, covering the complete base of the front of "The Shoe Shark." It is attached and positioned in front of the "main frame," (FIG. I) and is continued all the way to the front tip of the shoe itself. This design forms one single molding to shape the teeth and hold the individual brushes together within the molding itself to make the invention work without involving individual segmentation of the shoe, as well as have a strong, durable base, and foundation for the tennis shoe to have bottom stability. [0016] Page 2B Letter H: This Device is composed of non scuffing, non scratching durable waterproof polymer rubber. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "rubber belly." Its function is to cushion the bottom of "The Shoe Shark" from foot pound impact as well as preventing 7000 series aircraft aluminum or stainless steel on the "main frame" (FIG. I) from scratching or tearing into carpets or hard floor surfaces. Its design is ridged from right to left, side to side, and covers the rear base of the front of "The Shoe Shark" to stabilize and grip the carpets or hard floor surfaces under wet conditions. [0017] Page 2B Letter I: This device is composed of 700 series aircraft aluminum, or stainless steal. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "main frame." Its function is to house the shoe that interpenetrates it and to make "The Shoe Shark's" body able to withstand high levels of force moving towards the back of the interpenetrating shoe, caused by the tension of the "heel clasp," (FIG. A) the "outer to inner strap," (FIG. B) and the "outer tongue fastener strap" (FIG. J) combined. Its function also acts as a guide for the interpenetrating shoe to slide in correctly without causing the shoe to slip and slide or shift side to side or up and down. [0018] Page 2B Letter J: This device is composed of strong, sturdy, stitched, interwoven, nylon fabric. Its proper name that describes its purpose is the "outer tongue fastener strap." Its function is to act as the female strap connector that will attach to the male connection of the "outer to inner strap" (FIG. B) and the "buckler clasp" (FIG. C) to produce the tension needed to pull "The Shoe Shark" together from front to back around the interpenetrating shoe. The design of the strap has circular hole openings made of 7000 series aircraft aluminum or stainless steel to link with the male part of the "buckler clasp." [0019] Page 2B Letter L: This device is composed of elastic, non scuffing, non scratching durable waterproof polymer rubber. Its proper name that describes its purpose is "rubber housing." Its function is to allow for "The Shoe Shark" to become stretchable, and flexible to house the interpenetrating shoe without a large amount of restriction on the foot, as well as to act as the crease by which the shoe can bend on top, enabling the one who wears the shoe to walk properly. It also binds together the "front hooking brace," (FIG. E) the "main frame," (FIG. I) the "reversed shark teeth," (FIG. G) and "front brush agitator" (FIG. F). Because of its elastic like qualities and attributes it further creates the properly applied force from the rear to the front end of the shoe itself.
