BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001]1. Field of the Invention [0002]The present invention relates to a decoration, and more particularly to a decorative ribbon regula device. [0003]2. Description of the Prior Art [0004]Ribbons are often used for packing presents and embellishing purpose and are quite indispensable at festivals and celebration activities. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 for an illustration of the applications of a ribbon 11 used for packing the present 12. The ribbon 11 comprises a ribbon body 111, two wires 112 and two regulas 113. The regula 113 is connected to a side of the ribbon body 111 by binding the wire 112; a suture 114 is provided for sewing the regula 113 and the ribbon body 111 for the wire 112 connected to the side of the ribbon body 111 through the regula 113. [0005]The above-mentioned ribbon has the following disadvantages: [0006](1) The regula 113 is sewed to the side of the ribbon body 111 by the suture 114, which incurs more processing time and hence increases manufacture costs. [0007](2) Since the regula 113 is sewed to the side of the ribbon body 111, and the wire 112 is made of flexible materials, when the wire 112 is fixed to the side of the ribbon body 111, the ribbon 11 will be bended to a fixed shape, failing to achieve any other special functions. [0008](3) Since the regula 113 is made of gauze or cloth, the regula 113 comes usually with a single color; the surface of the regula 113 is unable to have other print patterns or colors, except for the pattern 115 of the ribbon body 111, thereby resulting in the ribbon 11 being monotonous in design. [0009]The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0010]The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula of the ribbon is covered with a printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the diversities of the patterns improves the appearance of the ribbon. [0011]The further objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula is defined with an opposite outer surface and a combining surface, and the outer surface is covered with a printing layer, so that after the PVC regula is stuck to the side of the ribbon body by hot pressing, the printing layer of the PVC regula will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body completely. Since the PVC regula is covered with the printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the pattern enhances the visual effects of the ribbon. [0012]The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
