Orbital exerciser system

Abstract: An exercise station system comprising a frame, a base pivotally attached to said frame, and a seat rotatably attached to the base, wherein the seat is attached to said base along a first axis and the base is attached to said frame along a second axis that is parallel with but spaced apart from said first axis. The system preferably includes at least one adjustable rotational brake to impeded relative movement of said base to said frame or said seat to said base. The base preferably includes at least two upwardly extending handles disposed on opposite sides of the seat and positioned so as to be adjacent to or higher than the seat surface. In one preferred embodiment, an adjustable tensioner is provided for adjusting the resistance or friction of the rotational brake, thereby permitting adjustment of the workout intensity.
