No sew scarf and fashion accessory

Abstract: A fashion accessory comprises a body having two ends that can be used as a neck garment, belt, or attached to any other article of clothing as decorative trim. The fashion accessory is flexible linear shape of any length produced by tying strips of fabric on to a center cord. The ends are secured simply by tying the cord ends over the first and last piece of fabric or by tying the cord ends through any closed geometrical shape such as a ring. Strips of non-raveling fabric are cut to length and no sewing is required to produce said fashion accessory. The fashion accessory can be worn around the neck for appearance as well as for warmth. Such accessory can also be used as a decorative belt or can be attached to any other piece of clothing such as down the outside leg of pants. (end of abstract)
