BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] This invention relates generally to articles of clothing and, more particularly, to a fashion accessory which can be worn around the neck, waist, or down the side of one's body or attached to any additional article of clothing worn by the wearer. This invention can also be attached to other fashion accessories such as purses, carry bags, or umbrellas. [0002] Traditional scarves, belts or other fashion accessories made of fabric are generally produced by means of attaching pieces of fabric or material together by sewing or adhering the materials together for the desired shape or length. [0003] Production of other fashion accessory and specifically warming scarves, may also be produced simply by cutting a desired length of fabric which has enough width or horizontal dimension so that the producer can cut into the longitudinal perpendicularly to a set distance so as to produce a scarf which has flaps of the material for visual aesthetics. This type of scarf does not need any sewing device as well, but it is limited to one fabric choice and no additional design options. [0004] This invention allows for multiple uses of the fashion accessory as well as unlimited design options. For instance, the fabric strips which are tied onto the center cord can be of different colors, textures, fabric types and designs. The producer of the fashion accessory can also insert articles of design such as strings of beads or jewelry or other creative materials between the fabric strips to produce unique fashion accessories. The design of the fashion accessory as well as the use allows for unlimited creativity and production because there is no need for a sewing device or adhesive. [0005] Should the producer desire to add some sewing method for the start and finish of the accessory ends, it is not necessary, and the method for creating the article still requires tying the fabric strips onto the center cord for the desired and unique appearance. BRIEF SUMMARY OF INVENTION [0006] There are many different fashion accessories which serve as neck scarves, belts or other added decorative fabric articles and most require the use of a sewing machine, needle, or other sewing apparatus. This article or fashion accessory can be made without the use of any sewing device. The only tool required to produce this fashion accessory is a means for cutting the desired length of cord and the strips of fabric which are tied onto the center cord. By tying cut strips of fabric onto a center cord which is flexible, it is possible to produce such items as a neck scarf, belt, arm decoration, or fashion accessory that can be attached to other articles of clothing, such as a pair of pants, a sweater or a skirt. This fashion accessory can also be attached to other fashion articles such as purses for decorative handles, or carry bags, or around umbrellas. When this fashion accessory is used as a scarf, it can also provide a function of warming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION [0017] The present invention is for the production of a fashion accessory that can be used as scarf (FIG. 2), belt, or attached to other articles of clothing for decorative purposes. The present invention allows for the production of said fashion accessory without the use of a sewing device or apparatus or means of adhering pieces of the article with products such as glue or tape. [0018] The production of said fashion accessory is easily accomplished by beginning with a center cord that is flexible, such as ribbon, string, yarn, or other flexible material with longitudinal dimension (FIG. 3). The center cord is cut to the desired length of the fashion accessory such as needed for a scarf, belt, or decorative attachment. [0019] Strips of fabric (FIG. 5) are then cut to a length for the horizontal dimension that is desirable for the finished appearance. The strips of fabric also have a width dimension that is also cut for the desired appearance. [0020] The first strip of fabric is then tied to the center cord, leaving enough length of the center cord so that it can be tied around the strip and folded over to be covered by the subsequent tied strips (FIG. 7).
