An alternate payment method comprising: providing a platform for presenting an alternate offer to a user who is engaged with a primary offer; and receiving an indication of the user's engagement with the alternate offer, wherein the user's engagement with the alternate offer serves as an alternative form of payment for an item associated with the primary offer.

2. A method of claim 1, wherein the user's engagement with the alternate offer includes an indication of acceptance of the alternate offer.

A method of presenting alternate payment offers, comprising: selecting one or more alternate offers engagement with which serves as an alternative form of payment for an item associated with a primary offer; presenting the selected alternate payment offers to a user; receiving an indication of engagement with at least one of the alternate offers; receiving payment in exchange for at least one of presenting the accepted offer and facilitating the user engagement with the alternate offer; and providing payment to the offeror of the primary offer.

90. A method of claim 89, wherein the user's engagement with the alternate offer includes an indication of acceptance of the alternate offer.

91. A method of claim 89, wherein receiving an indication of user acceptance of one of the alternate payment offers includes receiving a confirmation of user acceptance to the accepted offer vendor.

92. A method of claim 89, wherein the user's acceptance comprises a commitment to satisfy an obligation with respect to the alternate offering.

93. A method of claim 89, further comprising facilitating a payment for presenting the accepted alternate offer, wherein the payment is in response to delivering an indication of user acceptance of the accepted offer to an advertiser of the alternate offer.
