Abstract: A machine for Improved Curve Step and Stretching Device unique design of the Aerobic Curve gives a deeper stretching and muscle toning. A stretching routine before and after your work out or playing sports, will give better results, help prevent injury and promote flexibility. Stretching and exercising on the Aerobic Curve is a wonderful stretching and building routine to maximize your work out, build a strong body, enhance balance, body alignment, flexibility and maximize users muscles. The Aerobic Curve prepares and trains the core, (human mid section), and the whole body to get strong and hold up the body. The Aerobic Curve prepares the body to receive results.
