Brief Patent Description - Full Patent Description - Patent Application Claims FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a housing fastener; more particularly, relates to fastening a base and a cover together to form a fan frame where buckling members of the cover are firmly fixed to fixing holes of the base to prevent from easy departure. DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART [0002] A fan frame of a blower according to the prior art as shown in FIG. 4 comprises a base 3 and a cover 4. The base 3 comprises a plurality of long holes 31 of the side wall; and the cover 4 comprises a plurality of bolts 41 corresponding to the long holes 31 at the edge. When assembling, the bolts 41 of the cover 4 are plugged into the long holes 31 of the base 3 to form a fan frame. [0003] The structure mentioned above makes the bolts 41 of the cover 4 plug into the long holes 31 of the base 3 to form a fan frame. Because each bolt 41 is only a flat piece extended out of the outside edge of the cover 4 with short length for easy plugging and the long hole 31 is only a simple rectangular hole, the heat generated on using the blower makes the base be expanded and the side walls of the base be departed from the cover while releasing the bolt (as shown in FIG. 5). The bolt 41 can also be departed from the long hole 31 owing to be hit by an outside force so that the cover 4 can not be firmly established on the base 3. So, the prior art can not fulfill the needs of the user on actual use. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] Therefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to fasten a base and a cover to form a fan frame where buckling members of the cover are firmly fixed to fixing holes of the base to prevent from easy departure. [0005] To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is a housing fastener for a blower, comprising a base and a cover which is covered on the base. The base is surrounded by a stop rail to form a containing space. And the base comprises an opening part at the edge connected to the containing space; and a plurality of fixing holes deposited near the edge of the stop rail, where a plurality of stoppers is deposited convexly at the edge of the fixing holes. The cover comprises a hollow at a proper place; a plurality of buckling members extended out of the edge of the cover which are corresponding to the fixing holes; and a plurality of concave parts embedding the stoppers deposited at the edge of the cover near the buckling members. Accordingly, the base and the cover can be fastened together to form a fan frame where the buckling members of the cover are firmly fixed to the fixing holes of the base to prevent from easy departure. BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRAWINGS [0006] The present invention will be better understood from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which [0007] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment according to the present invention; [0008] FIG. 2 is a view showing the structure of an embodiment according to the present invention; [0009] FIG. 2A is an enlargement view showing a buckling member of FIG. 1; [0010] FIG. 2B is an enlargement view showing a stopper of FIG. 1; [0011] FIG. 3 is a view showing a status of use according to an embodiment of the present invention; [0012] FIG. 4 is a view showing the structure of an embodiment according to the prior art; and [0013] FIG. 5 is a view showing a status of unfastening according to an embodiment of the prior art. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT(S) [0014] The following descriptions of the preferred embodiments are provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention. [0015] Please refer to FIG. 1 through FIG. 3, which are a perspective view, a view showing the structure, an enlargement view showing a buckling member of FIG. 1, an enlargement view showing a stopper of FIG. 1, and a view showing a status of unfastening, according to an embodiment of the prior art. As shown in the figures, the present invention is a housing fastener for a blower, comprising a base 1 and a cover 2. The base 1 and the cover 2 can be fastened together to form a fan frame where buckling members 23 of the cover 2 are firmly fixed to fixing holes 17 of the base 1 to prevent from easy departure. [0016] The base 1 comprises a stop rail 11 around the edge to form a containing space 12. A sleeve 13 is deposited at a proper position in the containing space 12, where the sleeve 13 is plugged into a blade wheel 15 having a spindle (not shown in the figures). A surface of a section of the stop rail 11 in a direction is curved; and at the opposite direction, the base 1 includes an opening part 16 connected to the containing space 12, which is shaped as an enlarging outlet. And, the base 1 further comprises an incline surface 161 on an edge of the stop rail near the opening part 16; a plurality of fixing holes 17 deposited at proper position near the edge of the stop rail 11; a plurality of stoppers 18 each deposited convexly at an edge of one corresponding fixing hole 17, as shown in FIG. 2B which is an enlargement view 10 showing the stopper 18; and a plurality of nut sockets 19 at proper position on the stop rail 11 of the base 1. [0017] The cover 2 is covered on the base 1 whose shape is corresponding to that of the base 1. And the cover comprises a tilt surface 21 at a position corresponding to the incline surface 161 near the opening part 16; a hollow at a proper place at the center of the cover 1 corresponding to the sleeve of the containing space 12; a plurality of buckling members 23 extended out of the edge of the cover 2 which is corresponding to the fixing holes 17 and is shaped to hooks each with a guiding part 231 at the bottom, as shown in FIG. 2B which is an enlargement view 20 showing the buckling members 23; a plurality of concave parts 24 each of which is corresponding to one buckling member 23 and is deposited at the outer edge of the cover 1 to embed one stopper 18; and a plurality of convex ear each of which is corresponding to one nut socket 19 of the base 1. By the above structure, a novel housing fastener for a blower is obtained. [0018] When assembling the present invention, the buckling members 23 extended out of the outer edge of the cover 1 are corresponding to the fixing holes 17 at the edge of the base 1. Each buckling member 23 with a guiding part 231 is correspondingly put upon a stopper 18 at the edge of the fixing hole 17. An outside force is downwardly added on the cover to plug the buckling members 23 into the fixing holes 17 with the guidance of the guiding parts 231. Then, each stopper 18 is buckled by a hook-shaped buckling member 23 while the stopper 18 is correspondingly embedded into a concave part 24 near the buckling member 23. And, each convex ear 25 on the edge of the cover 2 are also deposited corresponding to a nut socket 19 on the stop rail 11 of the base 1 to be fix together by a fixing member 26. As the assembling is done, the base 1 and the cover 2 are firmly fastened to prevent from easy departure owing to the expansion of the base 2 caused by the heat generated on using the blower, orowing to being hit by an outside force. To sum up, according to the present invention, the base 1 and the cover 2 can be fastened together to form a fan frame where the buckling members 23 of the cover 2 are firmly fixed to the fixing holes 17 of the base 1 to prevent from easy departure. [0019] The preferred embodiments herein disclosed are not intended to unnecessarily limit the scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention.
