FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to double hooded garments for use against inclement weather. [0002] 1. Background of the Invention [0003] The invention is a head and face protected garment for use against cold weather such as ski-mask, pullover sweatshirts, and toboggans. [0004] 2. Reference to Prior Art [0005] Their has been a variety of hooded garments or head gear made to protect an individual from inclement weather but they all have either been to tight on the head, uncomfortable when worn for extended periods of time, unremovable, too heavy, having irritating material, too many gadgets attached, too many drawstrings, not versatile enough, being used for the wrong purpose, or not protecting enough of the head, face, ears, neck, chin and jaws. For example, U.S. Pat. No. 5,845,340 Have masks that cover the entire face except for the eyes, nose and mouth which criminals use to commit crimes, etc. The mask is also secured to the said hood by objects that could be dangerous to the face such as interlocking hooks, loop members, snap members, rivet members, and zipper members. The mask is also detachable when not in use. Many mask are not sealed properly allow cold air to still penetrate and have inconvenient fasteners attached. For example, U.S. Pat. No. 5,713,077 The face mask has an upper edge sewn to the hood interior and a lower edge having VELCRO strips wherein the front portion of the hood contains a rolled-up face mask with the hood pocket formed in the hood to selectively receive the face mask when face mask is not in use with a top edge of the protective face mask being attached to the interior of the hood pocket. Many masks fit to tight to the head and can cause the wearer to become dizzy over a long period of time. For example, U.S. Pat. No. 4,610,247 The ski mask comprises a cold weather protective hood adapted to fit over the wearer's head, and having eye and mouth openings, a breathing apparatus secured within said hood and comprising a hood of air permeable flexible material with an inner and an outer surface and having a closed upper end and an open lower end adapted to fit tight over the wearer's head. For example U.S. Pat. No. 4,300,240 having a mask member made of a thin rubber cloth type material, which is sized and shaped to fit the face. The said mask member is unitarily formed with a nose piece. For example U.S. Pat. No. 4,141,086 having a mask with form fitting flexible material encircling and covering the head, neck and partial shoulder area of said person, the material around said neck area being capable of stretching over said head and snugly constricting around said neck, said material having a formed slot located at the eyes of said person, goggles attached to said material around the periphery of said slot. For example U.S. Pat. No. 5,809,572 The face mask being molded from a single piece of multiple layer stitch-less and seamless material so as to substantially conform to the contours so as to provide an enhanced fit of the face mask to a wearer's face. For example U.S. Pat. No. 5,575,009 The face mask and hood combination is characterized by an elastic support strap which is releasable secured to at least one side of the mask and is trained through a retainer loop on the back of the hood so that the fit of the mask on the wearer's face may be adjusted to increase or decrease the snugness and to accommodate a range of sizes and shapes of facial features in the nose, mouth and chin area. Many hoods have standard openings for the face (eyes, nose and mouth) or too many fasteners to make them work appropriately and become time consuming for the wearer. For example U.S. Pat. No. 6,397,395 The face mask again is formed to cover the entire face having an opening only for the eyes, nose and mouth and having a horizontal slit across the storable mask separating the storable mask into a bottom portion and a top portion and comprises of storable goggles, also having fasteners to button up the neck, fasteners to connect the bottom and top portions of the storable mask, fasteners to store the mask when not being worn. Time is also taken out to place the storable mask in the storage compartment. The storable mask is comprised of a selective one of cotton and wool which can also irritate the face. The mask, when being worn hangs loose at a point below the jaw-line of the wearer. Many masks are detachable and are neither versatile enough nor convenient. Because they have to be stored away until they are in use again. For example U.S. Pat. No. 4,941,211 The face mask includes a unitary first piece which has openings for the individual's eyes, nose, and mouth, and a second piece is secured to the first piece and is adapted to cover the individual's nose. The mask is made of a stretchable polyester material to conform to the head of an individual wearer to an area beneath the chin. When the mask is not in use it is stored away in a designated area for the user. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0006] The object of the invention is to provide a double hooded sweatshirt with a face opening to protect the wearer against inclement weather. A hood with few or no gadgets attached, a hood that is convenient when needed for use, a hood that is multipurpose, a hood that will stay in place when being worn, a hood with easy access, which does not conform or fit snug to the head of the wearer but it is rather comfortable when worn for a long period of time and covers the main areas of the wearer such as the ears, head, forehead, chin, neck, both sides of the face including some of the jaw bone and the upper chest area. [0007] The invention also provides washable material that want shrink a 100% fleece polyester material which keeps the wearers skin warm and moisturized in cold weather. [0008] The invention further provides protection for the back of the neck even when the hood is not being worn. [0009] Other features of the invention is illustrated in the detailed description of the drawings, its construction and operation, and many of the advantages will become appreciated and understood to those who are skilled in art upon review. [0018] FIG. 9 is a left side view of the double hooded sweatshirt when not being worn illustrating the inner hood folded over the back hood DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT [0019] FIG. 1 illustrates a right side view of the double hooded sweatshirt when being worn by the wearer. The inner hood 100 is made out of a 100% fleece polyester material it is sewn into the lining of hooded sweatshirt 104 by a single stitch 101 It covers the majority of your face leaving an opening created by the double fleece binding material 102 attached by a single stitch to the inner hood creating the face opening for the eyes, nose, mouth and part of the jaw. FIG. 1 also gives a good illustration of inner hood button fastner 103 being fasten to the hooded garment 104 to stabilize the hood.
