Abstract: The invention relates to a highly abrasion-resistant tape for binding cable trees, in particular in motor vehicles. Said strip consists of a support, comprising a first cover layer A and a second cover layer B. An intermediate layer C is situated between the cover layers A and B, said intermediate layer being permanently fixed to the entire surface area of the cover layers A and B. According to the invention, the cover layers A and B consist of a woven or knitted fabric and the intermediate layer C consists of a visco-elastic adhesive, preferably a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a double sided adhesive tape.
