A handle grip comprising: a handle body being made of foam PU and providing a central fitting hole for fitting with a handle section of a sports appliance; wherein a plurality of annular recesses are arranged on the handle body in a way of spacing from each other and a plurality of decoration bands are set in the recesses respectively.

3. The handle grip as defined in claim 1, wherein a spiral shaped recess is arranged on the handle body with a decoration band being disposed in in the recess instead of said annular recesses and said decoration bands.

4. The handle grip as defined in claim 1, wherein the decoration bands are fixedly joined to the handle body with hook and loop fasteners.

5. The handle grip as defined in claim 3, wherein the decoration band is fixedly joined to the handle body with hook and loop fasteners.
