Brief Patent Description - Full Patent Description - Patent Application Claims CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS [0001]Not Applicable STATEMENT REGARDING FEDERALLY SPONSORED RESEARCH OR DEVELOPMENT [0002]Not Applicable REFERENCE TO SEQUENCE LISTING, A TABLE, OR A COMPUTER PROGRAM LISTING COMPACT DISC APPENDIX [0003]Not Applicable BACKGROUND IF THE INVENTION [0004]In the field of archery draw length adjustment is currently accomplished by interchangeable cams or cam adjustment. To accommodate for shorter draw lengths, smaller cams are used which can reduce arrow velocity and overall bow performance. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005]The invention is a bow riser with an adjustable handgrip to compensate for the varying draw lengths of bow users without having to adjust cam size. All type bows using the invention would be designed to shoot the same arrow length for maximum arrow velocity no matter the archer's draw length. This infers that the bow manufacturer's performance specifications would remain constant for every user as the cams that provide power will not have to be altered. [0006]This invention is a riser that has a set of varying fixed points that the handle can be moved to which adjusts for a user's draw length. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING [0007]FIG. 1A: This is a side view of the invention. The riser can be added to almost any bow design to allow handle to be moved to various fixed positions compensating for different draw lengths. [0008]FIG. 1B: This is a rear view of the riser. It shows offset of riser from the frame to allow for hand clearance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0009]The invention is a riser that takes the place of the currently used immobile archery bow handles. As seen in FIG. 1A the riser has a set of positions that the handle can be moved to and fixed in place. The size of the riser and material comprising it are entirely up to the bow manufacturer. The riser is offset from the bow frame as shown in FIG. 1B to allow for hand clearance. Continue reading about Great equalizer...
