BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates generally to devices for identifying golf clubs provided with head covers. More specifically, the present invention relates to golf club charm identifiers in the form of customized sets of charms for personalizing a set of golf clubs having head covers and identifying each covered club. [0003] 2. Description of the Related Art [0004] UK patent application GB 2214821, dated Mar. 23, 1989 under Solheim, discusses head covers with detachably mounted numerical ID tags. Japanese patent publication 2003-265662, dated Sep. 24, 2003 under Sai Chintai, discusses magnetically attaching a numerical ID tag. There are many and varied charms available in the marketplace. However, there remains an unfulfilled need for personalized golf charms that are meaningful to the golf club user/owner and also symbolic of the specific golf club to which they are attached. [0005] Thus, a golf club charm identifier solving the aforementioned need is desired. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0006] The golf club charm identifiers, according to the present invention, are a customized set of charms for a set of golf clubs having head covers that personalizes the set of golf clubs and identifies the covered golf clubs for the owner. Each charm is provided in the form of an icon having a predetermined dimension and a predetermined shape, further having an aperture for receiving a split key ring connector. Optionally, additional customization, personalization, and golf club identification means may be provided by having a preselected or predetermined color for the charm. The connector is attachable to a fabric loop that is affixed to a golf club cover for securing a charm to a cover that personalizes the cover and identifies the covered club. [0007] The charms of a set are formed as icons having a predetermined dimension and a predetermined shape for personalization of the set of golf clubs and further comprise non-numeric symbols for identifying the covered clubs. Charms, i.e., symbolic icons for the owner's special, favorite or particular clubs are further personalized and identified by at least one of a selected pet name, a selected, i.e., predetermined shape, or a selected, i.e., predetermined dimension different from the rest of charms in the set, and a selected personalizing image, icon, symbol or the like. [0008] These and other features of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following specification and drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0009] FIG. 1A is an environmental, perspective view of the golf club charm identifiers according to the present invention attached to the head covers of two sets of golf clubs. [0010] FIG. 1B is a perspective view of golf club charm identifiers, i.e., symbolic icons representing both a golf course, and the particular golf club to which each golf club charm identifier is to be attached. [0011] FIGS. 2A and 2B, are perspective views of golf club charm identifiers according to the present invention. [0012] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a golf club charm identifier according to the present invention, attached to a golf club head cover. [0013] Similar reference characters denote corresponding features consistently throughout the attached drawings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT [0014] The golf club charm identifiers, according to the present invention are provided in customized sets of charms for personalizing sets of golf clubs having head covers and identifying the covered golf clubs to the owner. FIG. 1A shows two sets of covered golf clubs 100, 200 with two sets of golf club charm identifiers attached to the golf club head covers. Set 100 is contained in golf bag 101 and set 200 is contained in golf bag 201. Golf club set 100 is provided with a set of golf club head covers 110. [0015] Attached to covers 110 is a set of charms 120 having personalizing symbolic icons, e.g., symbols 140 having either the hand symbolizing 5, 3, 1 or the 5 card, 3 card and Ace card symbolizing 5, 3, 1. As shown in FIG. 1A, the charms 120 for the covers 110 for drivers, woods or irons include non-numerical symbols for identifying the clubs and/or predetermined club distinguishing symbols. It should be noted that the association between the non-numerical symbol or icon and the underlying identified golf club should be made so that the symbol or icon objectively represents the particular golf club. Optionally, the predetermined club distinguishing symbols may be preselected by the owner of the golf club set 100. According to the present invention, each charm may be provided in the form of an icon having a predetermined dimension and a predetermined shape. It is also within the scope of the present invention to provide additional customization, personalization, and golf club identification means by having a preselected or predetermined color for the charm. [0016] Golf club set 200 is provided with a set golf club head covers 210. Attached to covers 210 is a set of charms 212, 214, and 216 in the form of personalizing symbolic icons of varied shapes. The shapes of charms 212, 214 and 216 have been predetermined to iconically represent the shapes of the fifth, third, and first hole, respectively, of a specific country club golf course. The symbolic icons 212, 214, and 216 also provide a means for identifying particular clubs of the set of golf clubs 200. For example, a player who is familiar with the specific country club golf course readily associates the shape of charm 212 with the 5.sup.th hole, charm 214 with the 3.sup.rd hole, and charm 216 with the 1.sup.st hole. The player then attaches 1.sup.st hole charm, i.e., non-numeric symbolic icon 216 to the driver club, 3.sup.rd hole charm, i.e., non-numeric symbolic icon 214 to the 3 wood club, and 5.sup.th hole charm, i.e., non-numeric symbolic icon 212 to the 5 wood, thus associating a plurality of icons, each being or having a non-numeric symbol, to a specific set of golf clubs 200 for easily identifying the clubs 200. Similarly, charm identifiers, i.e., icons having non-numeric symbols representing a characteristic of a player, such as, e.g., that player's ranking, an organization, a cause, such as a charitable or political cause or campaign, and the like may be associated with specific golf clubs of a set such as the set 100 or the set 200 in order to facilitate easy identification of a specific golf club. FIG. 1B further illustrates how the icons 212, 214 and 216 vary in shape as a function of the golf course hole they each represent. [0017] Charms 120, 212, 214, and 216 may be formed from a suitable plastic or metal material by molding, stamping and the like processes. [0018] FIG. 2A shows a charm 121a provided in the form of a flat tag having a round shape 129a. Symbols 125a, three matchsticks, may be provided for further identifying a particular covered club as a 3 -wood, for example. The burning matchsticks symbol 125a may also identify the club as being a special club or a favorite club. [0019] FIG. 2B shows a charm 121b provided in the form of a flat tag having a rectangular shape 127b. Snake loops symbol 129b is provided for identifying a particular covered club as well as the profession of the owner, "doctor". According to the present invention, in the example of FIG. 2B, the three completed snake loops are provided to represent the 3 -wood. An owner selected symbol 125b is provided on charm 121b in the form of a medical symbol to further personalize charm 121b. Medical symbol 125b may be modified, e.g., number of snake loops 129b to identify the golf club associated with the icon 121b. [0020] An aperture 122 is formed in the charms 121b, 121d for receiving connectors 130. Connectors 130 may be provided in the form of a split ring or other ring typically used for releasably securing keys. The connectors are attachable to fabric loops that are affixed to a golf club cover. As best shown in FIG. 3, charm 121d is secured by a connector 130 to a fabric loop 113 affixed to cover 111 to personalize the cover 111 and identify the covered club. Charm 121d also includes an owner selected, predetermined and distinguishing shape 121e, i.e., dog bone shape, and an owner selected symbol 125c in the form of a pet name the owner has for club 103.
