1. An improved construction of a flat display holder arm comprised of two hollowed levers locked to two bolts on both sides of a base by means of compression ring and nut for each lever; a bolt is mounted on the base by means of a nut; a mobile seat provided with an axial pin being pivoted to the bolt; a tension spring being disposed in a space defined by two levers; one end of the tension spring being hooked to an axial pin crossing both levers; another end of the tension spring being connected to a steel cord; the steel cord going around an axial pin fixed to the base before being hooked to an axial pin disposed crossing the mobile seat; the position of the mobile seat being set by rotating the bolt; the length, i.e., the strength of the tension spring being adjusted by the steel cord.
