Abstract: An electronically-frequency-controlled voltage adjustment device comprises a power supply for providing voltages to an object; a temperature sensor for sensing temperatures of the object; a temperature control unit receiving temperature signals from the temperature sensor and outputting temperature variation signals; a voltage adjustment unit for adjusting output voltages of the power supply based on the temperature variation signals from the temperature control unit; and a frequency generator for generating oscillating current intermittently. Furthermore, a method for unfreezing and retaining the freshness of foods is also provided. The method uses the electronically-frequency-controlled voltage adjustment device to various freezing device and fries device so as to retain the freshness of foods. ...
