Medicine ball require two or more participants. OBJECT AND ADVANTAGE [0003] Crank weights can be carried from room to room and require no set aside area. [0004] Crank weights provide the aerobic benifits of a punching bag and the strength building of weight lifting without assistance. DESCRIPTION [0005] FIG. 1 shows the ball weight with crank arms and handles. [0006] FIG. 2 shows the plate weight with crank arms and handles.
