The wall elements rest by the lower ends thereof on bearing beams (20) which include a heating system (30) producing sufficient amount of heat at the level of a cavity (13) between panels (11) of the wall (10), ceiling (40) and roof elements (50) in order to compensate at least partially, in particular fully, the heat lost during the passage thereof through the external wall of the building, thereby reducing to zero or close thereto a heat leakage through the external walls and/or roof elements (50) of the building. ...
