Brief Patent Description - Full Patent Description - Patent Application Claims BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] (a) Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention is related to an improved construction of a band ends joint, and more particularly to one that the band has two ends at their edges extended each a engaging section with both engaging sections holding against each other on the same plane; and one or a plurality of stitched section is provided to the outer perimeter of each engaging section. [0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art: [0004] As illustrated in FIG. 9 of the accompanying drawings, a band joint construction of the prior is comprised of a band 2 having a first end 21 and a second end 22, and a first joint section 23 extends from the first end 21 while a second joint section 24 extends from the second end 22. To join both ends of the band 2, both of the first end 21 and the second end 22 are overlapped to each other, and then both of the first joint section 23 and the second joint section 24 are processed with the high temperature and high pressure by means of a ultrasonic fusion machine to indicate semi-melts to increase the density and reduce the thickness of the joint part between the first and the second joint sections 23, 24. [0005] Once cooled, the joint between the first and the second joint sections become hardened and vulnerable to be crashed while the stress tends to concentrate on the first end 21 or the second end 22 of the band 2 thus to be easily broken up after repeated pull and elongation cycle for a long period. Therefore, two stitched sections 25 are respectively provided the first joint section 23 and the second joint section 24 at where they are joined to improve structural strength. However, each stitched section occupies comparatively larger area on the joint and the joint becomes thicker again at the expanse of the binding strength. Therefore, the extremities or the head of the wearer of the band 2 feels uncomfortable due to the friction between the band 2 and the skin. [0006] Referring to FIG. 10 for another band joint construction of the prior art, an iron clasp 3 is used to buckle up both ends of the band 3 at where both ends of the band hold against each other. [0007] However, once the band 2 is stretched out to put on the extremities or the head of the wearer, the iron clasp 3 for failing to lay flushed against the skin, the skin of the wearer that contacts the iron clasp 3 can be easily hurt or the band 2 may easily get tangled with hairs to annoy the wearer. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0008] The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved construction of a joint to connect both ends of a band essentially comprised of two engaging sections on the same plane and respectively extending from both ends of the band; one or a plurality of stitched sections is connected to the outer perimeter of each engaging section. Given with the smaller area on the joint and the stitched area is also comparatively smaller since the stitched section is connected to the engaging section by sewing, the joint between two ends of the band is comparatively flattened to provide good binding and comforts for the wearer of the band, to effectively avoid the annoyance of having hairs of the wearer to be caught by the band, and to significantly reduce the possible hurt to the skin due to the friction against the band. [0009] To achieve the purpose, both ends of the band respectively extend an engaging section on the same plane and each engaging section is further connected with one or a plurality of stitched sections.
