Abstract: A novelty apparel item generally includes a perspiration barrier having a moisture resistant, skin compatible adhesive on one of its surface areas that facilitates attaching the pocket construction to a desired skin area of a user and a water resistant adhesive on opposite one of its surfaces that facilitates securing a pouch to the perspiration barrier, whereby the contents of the pocket remain dry under heavy perpetrating or even submersion under water.
