FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention concerns the Abs Device for use in physical training, more particularly the conditioning and strengthening of the abdominal region of the human body. This device provides a method of exercising the abdominal muscles as well as methods to assist the exerciser in all abdominal strengthening exercising and positions by the use of an adjustable platform, an adjustable seat and cables. The cables on this devise may also be adjustable and will have a method of increasing tension so as to provide various simulated weight variations. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] The abdominal area of the body is a difficult region of the body to sculpt and condition. This devise will aid in the conditioning, sculpting and strengthening of this particular region. All embodiments of this device will aid the exerciser in targeting specific abdominal muscles and train them to respond to various exercising positions. [0003] These various exercising potions will be made possible by use of an adjusting platform, an adjusting seat and adjusting cables with the capability of changing strength tension by use of, but not limited to, springs and rubber tension couplets. [0004] The device will work as follows; the exerciser is to adjust the devise to fit his or her body by length on platform and height on seat. Then the cable is adjusted according to the length of the platform. The desired tension is then adjusted by use of springs or rubber couplets. The exerciser will be seated on device, place ankles under the foot bar and perform one half of a sit up while reaching back to grasp cable. After cable is grasped securely exerciser will begin doing sit ups while rotating arms forward and pulling cables to engage the tension cables to restrict the abdominal muscles for conditioning, sculpting and strengthening. By simply changing positioning of the body on the seat other abdominal muscles can be engaged, thus also conditioning, sculpting and strengthening these muscles as well. During the use of this device it is important to note that the apparatus has two sets of cables. An upper set located just below the set and a rear set located on the rear T. The purpose of the two sets of cables are to allow for individual workout of the upper and lower abdominal muscles.
