DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is detailedly explained as following in embodiments with appended drawings to facilitate your reviewers understanding the inventive characteristics, contents, advantages, and achievable effects thereof, in which the appended drawings only for the purpose of schematizing and supporting the specification may not be true proporation and precise configuration as embodied invention, and should not be a reason thus limiting the embodied scope of the invention.

Referring now to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, the preferred embodiment of the present relates to a multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip including a front hoop ring (10), a brim body (20), a back hoop ring (30), a top belt (40), and earmuffs (50).

A connection portion (11) is placed at each of the two sides of the front hoop ring (10), in which each connection portion (11) is placed with a brim hinge joint part (111), a back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112), and a top belt hinge joint hole (113), and an earmuffs clamp groove (114) is placed at the top side of each connection portion (11).

The two sides of the brim body (20) are hinged at the brim hinge joint part (111) placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10) respectively, and a lens (21) is buckled at the front edge of the brim body (20).

The two ends of the back hoop ring (30) are buckled at the back hoop ring pivot holes (112) placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10) respectively.

The two ends of the top belt (40) are buckled at the top belt hinge joint holes (113) placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10) respectively.

The earmuffs (50) includes two earmuffs bodies (51a), (51b) connecting with a link plate (52) between them, in which the two sides of the link plate (52) enter and buckle in the earmuffs clamp groove (114) placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10), the link plate (52) is placed across user\'s head when weared; thus the musk of the present invention not only is stably weared on user\'s head, but also prevents the user from noise damage with the earmuffs (50) stably buckled on the musk.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention further includes a pair of angle adjustment components (60) of the brim body (20), in which the angle adjustment components (60) are placed between the brim body (20) and the front hoop ring (10) and cover positioning column (12) protrusively placed at the brim hinge joint part (111) of the front hoop ring (10) respectively, and a positioning pin (61) protrusively placed at each angle adjustment component (60) is inserted in positioning hole (22) of the brim body (20); and a central perforation (62) is through placed at the center of the angle adjustment component (60), and one side of the angle adjustment component (60) is depressed with a ring groove (63) encircling the center of the central perforation (62) for correspondingly allowing one positioning column (12) of the front hoop ring (10) to extend into the ring groove (63) and being protrusively placed with a positioning convex portion (631) along the radial direction of the ring groove (63); thus when the brim body (20) and the front hoop ring (10) perform relative rotation adjustment, if the positioning column (12) leans on the positioning convex portion (631) of the ring groove (63), the brim body (20) and the front hoop ring (10) are driven to perform relative rotation continuously, so as to position the adjustable rotation angle of the brim body (20) and the front hoop ring (10).

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein the front hoop ring (10) may be covered with a cushion layer (10a) leaning on forehead of user for enhancing the comfort of the user.

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein the back hoop ring (30) includes two sheets (30a) and (30b) engaged by tight twist component (30c) to relatively twist tight or release the two sheets (30a) and (30b) after rotation of adjustment button (30c′) of the tight twist component (30c), thus the back hoop ring (30) may tight lean on post-head of user and be stably weared on user\'s head through tight coupling with the front hoop ring (10); because that the tight twist component (30c) has been already widely used in the commercially available masks, and it is not within the inventive spirit of the present invention, it will not go into details.

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein a button pin (31) is protrusively installed at each of the two ends of the back hoop ring (30), and the front end of the button pin (31) forms a barb portion (311) for correspondingly passing through the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112) of the front hoop ring (10) and crookedly buckling at the outer edge of the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112), or the button pin (31) correspondingly passes through the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112), through a washer (32), and crookedly buckles at the outer edge of the washer (32), thus the back hoop ring (30) tight buckles at the front hoop ring (10); and the front end of the button pin (31) is depressively placed with a groove (312) to facilitate the button pin (31) to be contractable to shrink the diameter thereof while entering the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112) or the washer (32) for more smoothly enterning.

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein the top belt (40) is composed of two belts (40a) and (40b) by buckling each other, and a button pin (41) is protrusively installed at each of the two ends of the top belt (40), in which the front end of the button pin (41) forms a barb portion (411) for correspondingly passing through the top belt hinge joint hole (113) of the front hoop ring (10) and crookedly buckling at the outer edge of the top belt hinge joint hole (113), or the button pin (41) correspondingly passes through the top belt hinge joint hole (113) of the front hoop ring (10), through a washer (42), and crookedly buckles at the outer edge of the washer (42), thus the top belt (40) tight buckles at the front hoop ring (10) and leans on top head of user when weared; and the front end of the button pin (41) is depressively placed with a groove (412) to facilitate the button pin (41) to be contractable to shrink the diameter thereof while entering the top belt hinge joint hole (113) or the washer (42) for more smoothly enterning.

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein a button pin portion (115) is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of each the earmuffs clamp groove (114) of the connection portions (11) placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10), a pinch plate (16) is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114), a button hole (116a) is through placed at the pinch plate (116) forming a crease (117) with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove (114), and the pinch plate (116) bends toward the direction of the button pin portion (115) by the crease, thus the button pin portion (115) is correspondingly buckled in the button hole (116a) of the pinch plate (116), and the pinch plate (116) closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114) to prevent the link plate (52) of the earmuffs (50) placed in the earmuffs clamp groove (114) from sliding out.

The button pin portion (115) placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114) passes through the pinch plate (116), through the washer (118), and crookedly buckles at the outer edge of the washer (118) to stably buckle at the pinch plate (116).

Further referring to FIG. 8 showing embodying the deformed earmuffs clamp groove (114) of the front hoop ring (10), a button groove (1188) is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114), a button hook portion (119) is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114), the button hook portion (119) forms a crease (117a) with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove (114), and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove (1188) by the crease (117a), thus the button hook portion (119) is correspondingly buckled in the button groove (1188), and the button hook portion (119) closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove (114).

As the multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip disclosed by the present invention, wherein the main structural features are that the connection portions (11), which are used for hinge jointing and fastening the back hoop ring (30), the top belt (40), and the earmuffs (50), are installed at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10), and user can modify the installation of the top belt (40) and the earmuffs (50) as need to demonstrate novelty and practicality of the present invention.

Further referring to FIG. 9 showing further embodying the second type deformation of the present invention, wherein the connection portion (11) only includes a brim hinge joint part (111) and a back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112), in which the two ends of the brim body (20) are correspondingly hinged at lateral of the brim hinge joint part (111), and the two ends of top belt (40) are correspondingly hinged at medial of the brim hinge joint part (111); in addition, the back hoop ring (30) is correspondingly hinged at the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112).

Further referring to FIG. 10 showing further embodying the third type deformation of the present invention, wherein the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112) on the connection portion (11) of the front hoop ring (10) may be replaced by a buckle button (120), and the button pins (31) installed at the two ends of the back hoop ring (30) are also replaced by a buckle button hole (310), in which the buckle button (120) is correspondingly through buckled in the buckle button hole (310) to make the back hoop ring (30) to be simply and rapidly buckled at the front hoop ring (10) and to rotate by the buckle button (120) for installation angle adjustment; in addition, the top belt hinge joint hole (113) on the connection portion (11) of the front hoop ring (10) may be replaced by a buckle button (121), and the button pins (41) installed at the two ends of the top belt (40) are also replaced by a buckle button hole (410), in which the buckle button (121) is correspondingly through buckled in the buckle button hole (410) to make the top belt (40) to be simply and rapidly buckled at the front hoop ring (10) and to rotate by the buckle button (121) for installation angle adjustment.

Further referring to FIG. 11 showing further embodying the fourth type deformation of the present invention, wherein the button pins (31) installed at the two ends of the back hoop ring (30) may be replaced by a buckle button hole (310a) corresponding to the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112) of the front hoop ring (10), by way of a button (71) passing through the back hoop ring hinge joint hole (112), through the buckle button hole (310a) of the back hoop ring (30), and a check ring (72) correspondingly being buckled at the button (71), thus the two ends of the back hoop ring (30) are buckled at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10) respectively, and the back hoop ring (30) may rotate by the button (71) for sliding adjustment; in addition, the button pins (41) installed at the two ends of the top belt (40) may be replaced by a buckle button hole (410a) corresponding to the top belt hinge joint hole (113) of the front hoop ring (10), by way of a button (71) passing through the top belt hinge joint hole (113), through the buckle button hole (410a) of the top belt (40), and a check ring (72) correspondingly being buckled at the button (71), thus the two ends of the top belt (40) are buckled at the two sides of the front hoop ring (10) respectively, and the top belt (40) may rotate by the button (71) for sliding adjustment.

Further referring to FIG. 12 showing further embodying the fifth type deformation of the present invention, wherein the embodiment may be an adjustable mask including a brim body (20B), a front hoop ring (10B), a back hoop ring (30B), and two pivots (40B).

A hinge joint ear (21B) is placed at each of the two sides of the brim body (20B), a pivot hole (22B) is through placed on each of the hinge joint ear (21B), and a lens (23B) is buckled at the front edge of the brim body (20B);

a hinge ear (11B) is placed at each of the two sides of the front hoop ring (10B), a pivot hole (111B) corresponding to the pivot hole (22B) on the hinge joint ear (21B) of the brim body (20B) is through placed on each of the hinge ear (11B);

a perforation (31B) corresponding to the pivot hole (22B) on the hinge joint ear (21B) of the brim body (20B) is through placed at each of the two ends of the back hoop ring (30B); and the two pivots (40B) pass through the perforation (31B) placed at one side of the back hoop ring (30B), through the pivot hole (111B) on the hinge ear (11B) placed at one side of the front hoop ring (10B), through the pivot hole (22B) on the hinge joint ear (21B) placed at one side of the brim body (20B), and then luck up in a fixed nut (41B) respectively, thus the front hoop ring (10B) and the back hoop ring (30B) rotate by the two pivots (40B) for angles adjustment.

Summing up the above we can see, the present invention overcomes the conventional technical structure and indeed achieves the desired effects, and it is difficult for the ordinary skill person in the art to think about the contents of the invention. Furthermore, the present invention, which has not been public, meets the creative elements of the patent application depending on the progressive and practicality thereof, so as to propose the patent application in accordance with related regulations.
