Abstract: A board for a display rack includes a top surface and a bottom surface, and at least one elongate groove is defined in the top surface and the bottom surface, respectively. The elongate groove is defined by ribs with trapezoid-shaped cross section so as to reinforce the structural strength of the board. A plurality of holes are defined in corners of the board so as to be connected with connection members which assemble the boards to be the display rack. (end of abstract)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a board for a display rack, and the board includes holes for being cooperated with connection members and elongate grooves for reinforcing the structural strength thereof.

2. The Prior Arts

A conventional display rack is generally made by wood, metal or plastic. The wood requires a lot of trees, which is considered as not friendly to environmental protection, and the metal is too heavy. Plastic is an ideal material for making the display racks but it is not convenient to be assembled and cannot bear heavy loads.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A primary objective of the present invention is to provide a board for a display rack, which has high structural strength and load-bearing capacity.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a board for a display rack, which includes holes for being cooperated with connection members, such that the boards can be easily assembled to form the display rack.

According to the present invention, a board for a display rack comprises a top surface and a bottom surface, and at least one elongate groove is defined in the top surface and the bottom surface, respectively. The elongate groove is defined by ribs with trapezoid-shaped cross section. A plurality of holes are defined in corners of the board so as to be connected with connection members which assemble the boards to be the display rack.
