The present invention relates to an air pump, more particularly to an air pump having improved anti-jammed structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Air pumps include compressors and vacuum pumps. Their main structures and working principles are as follows: a diaphragm is positioned between the shell and internal seat, then an air chamber is formed between the diaphragm and the internal seat; the internal seat has inlets and outlets which communicated to the outside, both the inlet and outlet are unidirectional and are reverse-direction to each other; the diaphragm connects the driving shaft of motor via a connecting shaft and an eccentric gear. when the motor begin working, driven by the eccentric gear, the diaphragm would move up or down, thus the chamber suck through the inlet or exhaust through outlet.

In the above-mentioned working process, every time when the chamber finished an exhaust, the diaphragm would be adhibit to the internal seat, and when the outer air pressure is higher than inner air pressure of the chamber, the diaphragm would be adhibit to internal seat tightly, so if the power is off in that time, it would happen that the motor could not drive the diaphragm back, this cannot-working state is namely pump-jammed.

To solve the pump-jammed problem, the present inventor had provided a utility model with the title name as “anti-jammed vacuum pump” and had been authorized by SIPO, the authorized number is CN200520080875.3. the prior art is to carve a groove in the inside of internal seat surface between the inlet and outlet to communicate them to solve the pump-jammed problem. When the exhaust step is finished, the diaphragm would not be adhibit to the internal seat too tightly. But we find this anti-jammed structure is not ideal enough after practices.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides an anti-jammed air pump, and the primary purpose is to mitigate the being easy-jammed drawback of existing air pumps when they are in working state as above-mentioned.

The present invention provides an art as follows: an anti-jammed pump comprises a shell, the shell has a motor, a diaphragm and an internal seat inside, an air chamber is formed between the diaphragm and the internal seat, the internal seat has inlets and outlets, the inlets or outlets have unidirectional disc respectively; diaphragm connected with the driving shaft of motor via coupling device, eccentric shaft and eccentric gear, the shell has inlet coupling devices and outlet coupling devices which corresponding to the inlets and outlets in internal seat respectively; a stress relief groove communicating the inside and outside of the air chamber is positioned in the edge of said internal seat in which connecting with the diaphragm.

The edge part of internal seat of above-mentioned anti-jammed air pump, in which connecting with the diaphragm, is protruding toward the diaphragm, the middle part of internal seat recess, the protruding edge part has an annular groove, and the corresponding position of diaphragm has a cooperating protruding ring; said stress relief groove crosses to said annular groove.

Still more, the section shape of said relief groove is arc, triangle or rectangle.

And, the shell forms first chamber and second chamber arranging from left to right inside. Said motor is positioned in the first chamber, the driving shaft of the motor is protruding into second chamber; an opening is positioned in the top cover of second chamber, and said diaphragm is positioned on the opening, said internal seat is positioned on the diaphragm, a top-cover is positioned on the internal seat, said inlet coupling and outlet coupling are positioned on the top-cover.

By above-mentioned structure and through repeatedly experiments, according to existing technology, the present invention has advantages as follows: the stress relief groove does not affect the suction and exhaust action of the air chamber or affects gently in normal working state, but when the pump-jammed state happened, the stress relief groove would help the air chamber to decompress to release from pump-jammed state.
